Today all my Windows 11 22h2 Enterprise imaged desktops had Teams auto install itself. I guess the question is, is this intermittent for a given user or does EVERY call show up twice? Are those calls from others in your organization or external callers not in your tenant? Might there be an integration setting that is different for those users?

I would expect a single caller to produce a single notice of an incoming call and whatever device you decide to use simply connects and the other device is ignored. If you have VoIP integration, the called individual could probably answer either on their phone or through the computer using Teams. I don't think this is what you're describing, though. When they do, they appear twice: Once as the phone call and another as the Teams software that is joining the meeting. I couldn’t fit both accounts in a single scroll of.
